Fresh Coast Baking Co. opened in 2022, forged through a partnership with Avalon Bakery in Detroit. Two former employees of the Avalon operations team started the Fresh Coast Baking Co. food manufacturing entity to fill a need for Avalon and other Michigan companies looking for help in scaling and producing their products. Today Fresh Coast has 20 employees and is partnered with dozens of entities throughout Michigan to bring delicious, high quality food to the people!
